On this position you will be responsible for telephone and e-mail, administrative support to users of global brand IT services (support customer requests such as modifying, cancelling or updating existing orders).

- Native/fluent Spanish
- Ability to communicate in English (B2 level)
- Interest in technical area is an asset
- IT literacy (Windows, MS suite)

- Basic customer experience
