Customer Service Representative

Taconic, a global leader in the manufacturing of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric, belts, tapes and laminates is seeking to recruit dynamic, suitably qualified and experienced personnel to join its start up operation in Jenin. The successful candidate will be responsible for all daily tasks relating to customer relationship management, including but not limited to customer stock inquiries, quotations, order scheduling, order entry and confirmation, invoicing and shipping

Wymagania

A minimum of 2 years experience of dealing with customers on a daily basis over the phone is required. Successful applicants will have excellent computer skills, communication skills and will have fluent English and/or Russian.
