For our Client, global company operating in travel industry, we are currently looking for Customer Service Specialist with German.
Working on this position you would be responsible for for handling calls, emails and chat requests from customers. You will be required to provide customer pre- and post-sales support and service. The basic pre-sales job function is to provide customer satisfaction by helping them plan & book their travel arrangements. The basic post-sales job function is to qualify and interpret customer need and provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their issues in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care, prompt issue resolution, and cost effectiveness.
To be successful on this position you should have good knowledge (min. B2) of German and English. If your knowledge of one of those languages is on lower level (e.g. B1) our client is able to offer you a paid, intensive (one month) course, during which you will have the opportunity to improve your language skills.
Our client is equally interested in fresh graduates and candidates with professional experience in customer service.
The company is located in Cracow, but our client is also interested in candidates from Silesia region and is able to finance commuting to workplace. Candidates from abroad are also welcome - our client is able to offer support in relocation as well as acquiring work permit.
