Your new company
This growing fast, international company located in Tricity is known for delivering service to customers who have experienced problems with their flights, to obtain compensation from airlines. The company provides their services around the world and due to fast market and company growth the Customer Service Representative with Finnish is needed.

Your new role
You will work as a support for the company’s client. Main responsibility that you’ll provide is an excellent information service not only via CRM channel but also via phone or email. You will help customers solving their problems. What is more you’ll contact airlines to explain reported situations.

What you'll need to succeed
You have to speak fluent English and know Finnish language on at least B2 level. What will also help you to succeed in this position is a possession of amazing communications skills. You should be business oriented and have creative attitude when you’re solving a problem. Also your helpful approach will be seen as a huge asset. Previous experience in a similar role is another plus for your application.
