Job description
Due to increased customer interest and a desire to offer our customers best possible service, we are looking for a temporary part-time CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to join our current representative in Poland.
The person will be responsible for providing remote customer support for VitalFields’ existing customers in Poland via phone calls, emails and web-based chat box function. Other smaller tasks around administration and marketing planning might be agreed upon.
Requirements
Who we are looking for
Agricultural professional (a farmer, recent graduate etc) with knowledge of agronomy and/or practical experience and good understanding of the farming industry in Poland
Someone with good communication skills and fluent in Polish and English, positive problem-solving attitude and interest in new technologies
Person able to and interested in working in a fast-paced multicultural team spread across Europe
We offer
Temporary part-time home office job with flexible work schedule (20 hours per week for 6 months)
