Purpose:

 

Provide well engineering support to the Company Drilling & Completion Superintendent. In coordination with the Senior Drilling Engineer, ensure that planning of the well activities is consistent with the applicable rules and procedures and that operations are performed in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. Ensure that data and information are collected to satisfy needs and requirements of Company. Search and propose the most effective methods and technologies aimed at improving safety and performances of the well operations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The Drilling & Completion Engineer is responsible for providing a comprehensive drilling and completion engineering support to the well operations.

Requirements:

• Master Degree in Engineering;
• 2 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience;
• 2 years of drilling and completions activities experience
• Knowledge of Rigs, materials and equipment needed for the typical well construction activities, in particular for drilling, frac stimulating and testing medium deep,horizontal wells.Drilling Activities: Drilling Operation, Horizontal Drilling, Drilling Fluids &
• Cement & Cem. Op. Design/Operations, experience in drilling with Automated Drilling Tools (RSS & VDS);
• Completion Activities: Completion activity and workover operation, Well Testing (Oil), Well Testing (Gas), Gravel Pack, Single & Dual
• Completion, Perforating Technique, Completion & WO experience;
• WO-Rigless: Well Stimulation (Acid), Well Stimulation (Frac), Stimul./Compl./Gravel Pack/Fract. Jobs Fluids Design & Eng., Hp/Ht
• Completion, Simultaneous Production, Wellbore Stability/Sand Production/Prediction & Control.
• Capable to identify hazards and risks in relations to well operations and elaborate (i.e. H2S drilling/testing hazards, circulation losses problems, overpressure drilling) and to propose mitigation actions.
• Aware of the advanced HSE management system requirements.
• Computer literate, with the scope of producing reports, and organise data.
• Familiar with the technical software typical of well engineering disciplines.
• Team player, capable of working with professionals from different organisations and lead the contracted service companies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English language.
• Appropriate certifications as requested by Polish laws and regulations.
