Dyrektor Handlowy / Dyrektor Marketingu (Branża budowlana)

Job description

Their main responsibilities will be preparation of sales plans, initiating and coordinating projects aiming at gaining new customers, building and developing good business relations with new and existing customers, preparation of price offers and company and product presentations for customers, negotiating business contracts and conducting market analysis, supervising and evaluating competitors’ performance, practices and market status.

Requirements

The candidates are required to:

• have experience in sales in construction industry
• have a good knowledge of relevant DIY chains and customers
• have experience in account managing and good sales, marketing and negotiation skills
• be able to communicate fluently in English and Russian (speaking and writing)
• be able to analyze data and find solutions to problems
• be well-organized and independent in work, be creative and have critical thinking skills
• be responsible, self-driven and committed to the tasks commissioned by DOLLE company
• be ready for frequent business trips in Poland and abroad
• be able to use computer (Internet, MS Office) and have “B” category driving license
