Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end service for the electronic CAD authoring applications
  • Daily cooperation with  global CAD Services management team
  • Ensuring that an appropriate operating environment is designed and implemented for the development, validation and production use of eCAD
  • Providing global technical support on 2nd and 3rd level for the production environment
  • Resolving any performance, robustness or security issues with the environment
  • Managing user accounts and system documentation
Requirements:
  • At least Bachelors degree in IT related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in IT area
  • Experience with the eCAD Software product Mentor Graphics (admin and end-user)
  • Experience in systems support and administration
  • Good command of English
  • High interpersonal skills
