Currently, for our client we are looking for a candidate for the position:
ENROLLMENT ADVISOR/UK Brands Universities

Place of work: Gdańsk
Enrollment Advisor is expected to generate the student Enrollments by performing phone calls to prospective students from all over the world. The Enrollment Advisor builds relationship with a prospective student that decides to apply for online studies offered by Laureate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain relationships with students to achieve good retention
Make professional outgoing and follow-up phone calls to prospective students
Assist prospective students in the enrollment process
Verify customers’ documentation
Update clients’ records in a database
Build strong customer relationship, achieve personal sales goals and KPIs
Wymagania
REQUIREMENTS
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service – not sales candidates as well
Strong English verbal and written communication is a must
High energy, persistence, strong result orientation
Professional on the phone
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience in working in an international environment is an advantage
