We are looking for candidates for the position:
On this position you will be responsible for giving a fast feedback on new issues or different trends in cases received from the Call Center to the Client.
- Focused on DACH market and sharing best practice with all EMEA Sites;
- Produce defined product quality reporting;
- Reports outcome directly to Quality Feedback Engineer of Client side on a daily basis;
- Attend to telephone conferences;
- Close communication to Product Specialist.
- Complete training for supported products;
