Financial Analyst

Fo our Client, an international company from the heating industry, I am searching for an employee for the position: Financial Analyst
Miejce pracy: Toruń
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and loading monthly P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts and actuals, including turnover, goods and services and employment costs
- Booking and reporting personnel costs, preparing monthly forecasts, data analysis and preparing reports for the HR department
- Analysis and presentation of variation of actual financial data vs Plan (Forecast and Last year), and determination of the cause of unexpected deviations
- Participating in monthly and yearly closing (accruals etc…)
- Supervising and improving budgeting, financial forecasting, operational plan and modelling tools
- Supporting definition of standard costs
- Supporting of various actions plans to improve business excellence (P&L, Cash)
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in accounting and/or finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in the production industry – mandatory
- Preferred experience in SAP system
- Very good spoken and written English – mandatory
- Knowledge of US-GAAP will be an additional asset
