Financial controller / Business support
Workplace: Gdańsk
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Invoice VHS and Azure (Subscription based) and follow up towards customers. Make overviews and financial analyzes
- Check external consultants invoices towards hours booked in the finance systems (Agresso)
- Invoicing in general – towards defined areas in cooperation with Business Controllers
- Adjust timesheets where applicable
- Ensure correct financial setup of Oracle EBS together with Business Controllers
- Establish project numbers based on a defined structure and ensure correct tagging of projects
- Monthly closing of the accounts tasks
- Make reports / analyzes of specific projects / areas
Required skills:
- Good knowledge of cost control, accounts and economic analyses
- Bachelor degree or similar experience within Finance / Accounting
- Good knowledge and experience in Excel
- Familiar with Oracle EBS (must have)
- Service mindedand positive attitude
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
