Our client, a growing company within the Healthcare Services industry, due to further development of its controlling structure in it's Katowice Headquarters, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced, talented, and ambitious individual for the newly created position of Financial Controller.
- Prepare cyclical financial and management reports including Balance Sheet, Income statement, and Cash flow statement for internal and external stakeholders
- Support group consolidation of financial reports according to International Financial Reporting Standards
- Analyze all financial reports and provide recommendations to senior management to improve company profitability
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitor variance from actual results
- Actively take part in developing and improving controlling processes and procedures to make management reporting tools more effective
- Engage with senior management to provide them with additional information on an ad-hoc basis
- Relevant academic background (Finance/Economics related degree)
- Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in a position within finance, including big 4 consulting firms
- Experience in the healthcare services industry a big plus
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- Practical knowledge of consolidation process and IFRS strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable to adapt to a changing and demanding environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must
