Financial Controller

For our HQ Controlling department we are looking for Financial controller who will support the team and will be responsible for:
- reporting projects budgets realization; verifying accounting books and other financial data vs approved budgets; carrying about reliable data, preparing proper adjustments when needed
- close cooperation with Project Managers/ Business owners/ Countries CFOs and Controllers to explain budgets discrepancies on project's level for whole Capital Group
- giving recommendations and conclusions on budgets exceedance,
- developing controlling tools to improve the budgeting processes,
- acting as a Finance business partner to build trusted relations with the projects responsible authorities to support tactical and strategic business decisions
Perfect candidate should have:
- experience in controlling
- great command of written and spoken English
- very good communication skills
- skills in solving problems in a complex environment.
- advanced Excel skills
- financial education
- great cooperation, teamwork, and leadership skills
- good time management
Nice to have skills:
- Power Query & VBA
- experience in controlling in a big comp
