Hadoop Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the integration of CBP dependencies onto Hadoop platform
- Installation, operation and maintenance of Hadoop Data Platform based on Cloudera solution
- Ensure compliance and resilience according to defined architecture framework
An Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in a role of Hadoop Administrator or Subject Matter Expert / Architect
- Development experience with Java, Scala, Python, Bash scripting
- Knowledge what AMP Berkeley big data stack is
- Strong Linux / UNIX skills
- In-depth knowledge about data models, structure and database systems (preferably Oracle RDBMS)
- Familiarity of distributed computing and large enterprise infrastructures
- Interest in automation processes
- Very good English skills
Preferable skills and qualifications (nice to have):
- ITIL knowledge
