One of the biggest Polish FMCG / trading companies is looking for a talented leader to fill the position of Head of Financial Services Center. The successful candidate will have profound impact on a dynamically growing, international business and will report directly to Financial Director.
- Responsible for management and development of 4 accounting teams (total of 30employees)
- Coordinates the process of integrating new companies into the structures of Financial Services Center
- Supervises proper and transparent accounting management in accordance to Polish GAAP and IFRS, supervises General Ledger and the accounting process, conducts financial reporting
- Responsible for contact and representation of the company with public offices, monitors tax and other commitments billing
- Provides efficient and compliant accounting documents workflow, developing and communicating relevant procedures
- Guarantees smooth tax and financial reports controls in cooperation with external auditors
- 2-5 years of experience on a similar position in a dynamic, multinational environment
- Experience gained in Shared Service Center will be a strong asset
- University degree in finance / accounting or related field
- Profound knowledge of Polish tax regulations, Polish and international accounting standards
- Professional qualifications ACCA / CIMA / Certified Auditor
- Experience in management and development of a team of subordinates, change management
- Hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to challenge status quo
- Experience in transfer pricing and consolidated financial reports creation will be a plus
- Fluent English and Polish is a must
