Your new company
On behalf of our client, the multinational outsourcing company located in Gdańsk we are looking for candidates with fluent Swedish to fill a position of Helpdesk Analyst.

Your new role
Your main responsibility on this position is to support the IT division in the company. Your major duties are to follow KEDBs, Wikis to resolve diversified technical problems and to follow the defined processes (SOPs/SOWs) while attempting to resolve the L2 incidents. You will be working via CRM, phone, e-mail and chat channels. As a Helpdesk Analyst you are obliged to provide excellent quality service, track performance and identify areas for improvement, report and study transition documents to give you a better understanding of customer business.

What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal candidate for this position you have minimum 2 years of experience in similar role connected with customer service branch. Fluency (at least C1 level) in Swedish and English is absolutely required. You should have great IT knowledge and skills in incident and problem management.
