A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner role to join one of the leading manufacturing company. Our Client is currently seeking to recruit a new HR Business Partner to strengthen its regional operation. The position recquires extensive travelling. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Director.
- Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development,
- Support the enhancement process, advising and guiding managers and employees through all aspects of the process: performance management, compensation planning
- Conduct internal and external recruitment activities as required by business needs, advising on sourcing strategy, job posting, selection of final candidates, job offer and on-boarding
- Support managers in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to local rules and law aspects
- Cooperation with talent management team, define L&D needs
- Coordination of internal communication
- Cooperation with the HR administration and the payroll
- Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, Business or Management
- At least 4 years of HR Generalist experience in an international organisation, preferably in a production plant
- Business acumen, capable of directing change management initiatives
- Target-driven with can-do attitude
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Fluency in English is a must
- Knowledge of HR tools in the area of talent management
