- Responsible for HR operational support and supervising all HR processes
- POC for employees for policies and complex queries
- Providing advice on matters relating to Polish labour law
- Creating internal policies and guidelines
- Supporting the senior HR team with daily HR tasks
- Monitoring employee’s life-cycle process
- Practical knowledge of Polish labour law
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Very good communication skills
- Very good English is required in speaking and writing
- Experience in writing HR policies
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in working in BPO environment would be an advantage
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in BPO environment
- Team player
- Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to meet constant deadlines
