Candidate for above position may expect to be offered the introduction training in Poland and abroad and will gain experience and knowledge of the specific tools of HR area in SGL Group connecting with different HR functions, e.g. HR Management, Recruitment, Development & Training.

We are looking for a candidate with...
- International experience in the field of HR e.g. HR Management in Polish plants/ facilities of global companies
- Strong leadership competences
- Ability to formulate and execute HR policy strengthening of the organization goals
- Proved experience in the field of Human Resources e.g. recruitment, development & training, talent management, Management by Objectives
- Experience in cooperation with company Worker Council and Union's organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively work in teams, and with different levels of an organization
- An academic degree preferred in Law or Business Management with focus on Human Resources
- Excellent English language skills
- Mobility to commute between two locations in Poland
