- If you have 3+ years proven experience in managing services and supporting Business Customers in international environment, preferably with IT scope,
- If you have collaborative approach,
- If you are comfortable in dealing with all types of external and internal Customers,
- If you are focus on getting things done,
- If you have strong analytical skills, excellent in planning and paying attention to details,
- If you have fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently,
- If you have excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to manage expectations,
- If you have ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment,
- If you are fluent in English,
- If you are proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
- Experience and knowledge of methodologies and standards such as: Agile, Scrum, ITIL, COBIT,
- Higher education, IT or business studies are welcome,
- Experience and understanding of IT Security topics
- Developed understanding of banking or finances
- Knowledge of meetings facilitation techniques,
- Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate.
