Investment Manager

Opis stanowiska:
For our Client an International company we are looking for an Investment Manager.
Main duties:
- To manage and deliver the capital recycling programme through the acquistion and disposal of assets and invesment in joint ventures.
- To lead, manage and motivate an extended team of external Agents, Consultants and solicitors.
- To lead and coordinate the half year and quarterly valuations of our portfolio both for the HQ as well as business partners.
- To support the Investment Director / RD / BUD / CIO by providing information and analysis on current and likely trends in the occupational and investment markets to assist in setting regional capital recycling strategy delivery.
- To maximise portfolio performance by conducting scenario planning and investment appraisals, making recommendations for Investment strategy.
- To collaborate with colleagues in Leasing, Asset Management and Development for deals in the pipeline, customer covenants, yield impacts and large scale developments
- To instigate the sales programme most appropriate to the asset being sold, working with appointed agents, advisors and management team to prepare due diligence packs and sales particulars.

Wymagania:
- University Degree in Property or Finance
- Diploma in Property Investment would be an asset
- Investment brokerage/ agency / property company experience
- Experience of managing an external team of professionals
- Strong Argus Valcap skills / equivalent property management systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong negotiation skills
