Description:
For our Customer - Scandinavian financial organization, we are looking for IT Analyst.
Role:
- Preparation and maintenance of deployment plan for the release.
- Organization and facilitation of deployment planning workshops for teams.
- Changes to deployment plan after deployment/rollback event execution.
- Analysis of external dependencies.
- Close cooperation with Configuration Manager and Release Architect.
- Execution period support and critical path monitoring.
- Dress rehearsal and go-live deployment events coordination, preparation and execution support.
- Development and maintenance of tools supporting deployment preparations (Deployment Readiness Checklist tool and People Plan), MS Office expert (respectively MS Access, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
- Preparation of user manuals, presentations and conducting of trainings with end users.
Requirements:
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Create detailed functional specification documentation, modeling business processes
- Handover functional specifications to IT for implementation.
- Knowledge of English is a must (ability to read documentation as well as participating actively in meetings and writing responses to tickets, mails).
