You will have the chance to work in a multinational environment with a variety of global range IT teams. You will develop technical skills and procedural knowledge of Regional Support group. You will have exposure to our internal users located in assigned region. - Providing day-to-day management and break/fix support of workstations, servers, RF devices, printers, and other network attached devices and LAN for all assigned facilities
- Acting as the liaison into Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process
- Installation and configuration of devices as part of our refresh lifecycle management programs
- Handling any routine to highly technical problem
- Managing vendor warranty and break/fix work. Assisting in the desktop/server/LAN procurement process
- Maintaining documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, time tracking and assigned project work
- Taking part in On-Call rotation. If needed travelling between supported sites and facilities
- Degree in Information Systems or experience equivalent
- 2+ years of related Information Systems experience
- MCP (preferred)
- Under general to little supervision demonstrates the ability to handle complex operational problems and assignments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
