We are looking for school/college and recent graduates to work alongside some of the largest business in the world, to provide IT Support and IT Solutions.
The role:
To be the first point of contact for all technical issues logged by the desk. As well as prioritising and assigning calls, you will also analyse and diagnose IT related problems and provide advice and guidance on how to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the global customer services team and provide the right quality and level of service in a timely manner
- Be the first point of contact for all technical questions and queries, escalating when necessary
- Update internal databases to ensure accurate call logging, response times and billing
- Deal with customer problems in a calm and polite telephone manner.
- Documenting processes
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of PC software/hardware, peripherals and mobile devices
- Passion for technology and computing
Qualifications and Experience
- Communicative level of English
- Completed high school and or in between of technical school (Technikum IT) or IT studies
- Allied Worldwide is offering a comprehensive in house training programme.
