Daily activities:
As IT Researcher you will be part of team which is responsible for planning and implementing high quality recruitment process in TC Wroclaw.
Your tasks and duties will include:
conducting an active direct search
seeking new ways to recruit candidates
keeping up with changes on the market
participating in job fairs and other events
daily cooperation with business
To succeed in this role, you need to be an open-minded, ability to work under pressure, flexible professional with good organization skills.
Our expectations:
Master's or Bachelor's degree
at least 1 year experience in sourcing IT candidates
excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment methods
very good operational and organizational skills
good communication in English (both written and spoken)
