Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global Business Service Centre established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of IT Service Desk Agent with Finnish or Swedish.

Your new role
Holding the position of IT Service Desk Agent you will be responsible for logging incidents and service requests, analyzing, prioritizing and categorizing them, attempting to resolve. Ensuring that the issue is addressed and that the end-user gets a timely response will be the core of your position because it is the first point of contact for both internal end-users and outsourcing providers. This work consists of such duties like: providing first line support to end-user with common issues, e.g. workstation incidents, password changes; being the first point of contact for vendors information queries; assigning incidents and/or problems further either to technical operations or on-site personnel; feedback to end-user and update the progress.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need 2 years experience in a similar role, university degree, good IT skills including knowledge of key IT processes around service delivery and operations, especially incident & problem management skills. Experience of working within a service support function and good proficiency in English and Finnish or Swedish are required
