About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the GFCP team. As IT Service Manager for Control Room and Market Abuse Surveillance, Gdańsk you’ll play a valuable role in providing our customers to the best banking in the world.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing CRMAS application portfolio.
  • Provide technical expertise on complex technical issues and also guide your team members in solving technical problems in your area.
  • Leading incident and problem management processes for the portfolio of applications
  • Maintain system availability and sufficient level of IT support
  • Making and implementing operational plans.
  • Implementing and optimise processes, products and concepts and facilitate continuous improvements, hence also deliver on simplification.
  • Coordinate transition process from development to operation
  • Ensure applications' compliance with internal processes and financial audit requirements
  • Technical knowledge on Java/Oracle/Datastage
  • Maintain CMDB
  • Manage performance of the Managed Service vendor
  • Handling risk issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Travel is expected occasionally

Your experience and background: 

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent communication skills with very good level of English 
  • Good organisational skills
