IT is essential for Flügger and our company is highly dependent on stable operations.
As part of a thorough transformation of Flügger IT, we are implementing a "right" sourcing strategy, where we outsource appropriate services while other are being insourced. Recently we transitioned our entire server park to a major Danish managed service provider
Our Infrastructure and operations team consists of 9 people, diveded between our offices in Kolding and Gdansk both places houses stock and production. Administration is mainly situated at our headquater in Rødovre.
To our IT department in Gdansk we are looking for an IT System Administrator specializing in IT Security.
You will be in close contact with the entire team as well as the rest of the company that includes approx. 1,500 employees. We focus on high quality, accessibility and prompt response in our IT service.
IT security plays a central role in IT and Flügger, so you will have a good posibility to influence the entire organization. Thus, you become an important key person solving a wide range of IT security tasks - both at the overall strategic and more practical level. We support all business units in Flügger and have special tasks in relation to Internal Audit, Operational Risk Management, Compliance. You will manage and handle IT risks on both micro and macro levels, on both our externally and internally available systems, servers, clients, clouds and web applications. You will also work with relevant laws (eg the Outsourcing and EU Personal Data Regulation) and several best practices such as ISO 27001 + 2, ISF and ITIL. You communicate to all levels of the organization and with the companys suppliers, for example in case of security breaches or incidents.
You will refer to our Group IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager. There may be about 10 travel days a year as it is important for you to get around the organization.
Your primary responsibilities at group level:
- Oral and written assessment both in relation to projects, ongoing risk assessments and ad hoc activities.
- Further development of IT security and our management of IT risks
- Report writing, designing and formulating security rules and policies
- Verification and investigation of security breaches or incidents
- Implementing benchmark, safety and risk assessments
- Coordination of business contingency, and safety tests, penetration tests and tasks related to audit, compliance, etc.
- Participation in interorganizational projects in relation to IT security issues
- Operations and maintenance of Flügger IT infrastructure
- Utilize IT service management tool
- 24/7/365 Guard Duty
You have a broad knowledge of, good understanding and interest in IT. More specifically, you have vast experience with IT security and you master control, risk and exploration. You keep track of what is happening in the area and is certified in the field of IT security, such as ESL, CISA, CompTIA Security +, CISM, CRISC or CISSP. Your language skills are good and you are able to formulate clearly both in verbal and written terms in English. Knowledge of ISF is an advantage.
