Leading provider of software product development services, located in Tricity. Currently the company is looking for Java Development Tech Lead.

Your new role

Holding the position of Java Developer you will be responsible for carrying various areas of responsibility and tasks. This responsibility includes leading a team, mentoring and taking care for professional growth of the team members and clarifying details of tasks together with a Business Analyst or directly with customer. Moreover, an ideal Candidate should have an ability to act as a scrum master. The Java Development Tech Lead is expected to provide advice to the project leadership on how processes and procedures may be improved to promote good coding practice amongst the team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have at least 4 years of experience in software development and team management experience. What is more, ideal experience may include: Java, Java EE, Spring, and JPA. Java Development Tech Lead should have good knowledge of Testing (JUNIT, mocking frameworks) and Queueing system, Version Control Systems (SVN, GIT) and Maven, Ant. Understanding of SQL and relational DBs is also required.
