Your new role

Holding the position of Java Tech Lead you will be responsible for delivering working software from design to realization. Activities of Tech Lead mostly include working with internal client, translation of business requirements to technical specification, designing solutions and also taking part in code development. Tech lead will guide and give advices to whole scrum agile team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you should have at least 5 years of experience as Java Developer, experience including JEE technologies (JSP, JMS, JNDI, Application servers), strong knowledge of Databases (DB2, Oracle, MS SQL Server) and development tools (Apache, Jenkins, Ant). Essential thing in this role is ability to translate business requirements to technical specification (experience in Design or Analyst role will be an advantage). All work is conducted in English therefore fluency in English is required.
