We are looking for technically oriented candidates with Polish and English, for small team of Assistance service (this is not Shared service centre), for well-known car brand. Position is suitable for native Polish speakers without Slovak/Czech language.
Junior Customer Service Specialist - Automotive - Polish & English
Location: Słowacja / Senec
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently and simultaneously coordinate vehicle related cases reported to Assistance service
- Administrate all cases from first customer call to closing of a case according to procedures, guidelines and manuals and to a positive and accepted solution for the customer
- Analyse and direct new customer requests to the most appropriate company workshop for intervention
- On behalf of the customer home dealer provide a guarantee of payment to the repairing workshop
- Continuously inform and keep all parties updated on the progress of a case

REQUIREMENTS:
- Language skills: Polish – advanced/ native (C1) and English(B2) - advanced
- Personality requirements and skills
- Secondary school or university degree - preferably with a technical orientation
- Technical knowledge, and ability to learn technical details
- Advantage: Customer service/Call centre experience
- Very good verbal and written knowledge of English and Polish (Slovak language is not necessary)
- Good IT knowledge and experience (working with databases)
