- Managing internal purchase requests from the Upstream Process Development (USP) Team
- Collaboration with the Purchase and/or Warehouse department to get orders on time and have them delivered to laboratories in a timely manner
- Collaboration with the USP Team to organize internal requisitions/purchases for each project
- Maintaining the USP development consumables/reagents system up-to-date with covered baselines
- Maintaining the USP equipment control system up-to-date and in accordance with the compliance standards
- Organizing maintenance/service/calibrations/import/export contracts and services for the USP equipment
- Writing required documentation to start suppliers’ qualification in accordance with provided SOP’s
- Supporting budget tracking and cost-saving actions in the USP Department
- Writing User Requirement Specifications in collaboration with the USP Team
- Organizing and tracking training documentation for the Team
- Organizing and tracking shift work
- Maintaining RCP system up-to-date
- Higher education (at least Bachelor) in procurement/purchasing and supplies management
- 1 year of experience in a similar role within the biotechnological or pharmaceutical industry keeping records of documentation according to GDevP requirements
- 1 year of laboratory work experience
- Experience following SOPs
- Experience writing reports/protocols for service, maintenance and qualification of laboratory equipment
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external clients
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Some knowledge of Cell Culture/laboratory practices
- Experience with purchase procedures
- Experience with logistics
- Experience with qualification/maintenance of laboratory equipment/devices
