Our Client is a global consulting company which provides their solutions in more than 40 countries in area of Business Process Outsourcing, Human Resources and IT. We are currently looking for a Junior HR Specialist for company’s branch in Kraków.
Responsibilities:
• Resolving inquiries on associate pay, benefits and company policies;
• Providing detailed documentation on each call using case management system;
• Utilization of available resources (i.e. knowledgebase, company intranet & HR system) to determine the most accurate response to caller;
• Policy & procedures explanation;
• Coordination with SME’s (escalate customer requirement and issues as per requirement);
• Payroll;
Requirements:
• Fluent German (min. B2/C1);
• Good command of English (min. B1/B2);
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Accountancy or Customer Service;
• At least secondary education;
• Strong communication and listening skills;
• Problem solving ability.
