Junior IT Specialist

Main tasks:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and customer focused, with experience of providing advice and guidance to customers over the telephone, e-mail , helpdesk and in person with a proven track record of service delivery as well as being an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability of working within a demanding environment and be able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft certifications will be considered an advantage.
- point of support for office and production,
- setting up PC’s and laptops,
- printers/copiers setup, problem-solving,
- directly reporting to IT Manager based in UK,
- potential interactions with Swedish and UK IT,
- support with T&A system (maintenance),
- support with CCTV system,
- support with Enova 365 system,
- basic support with ERP system Jeeves and Laptu.
Requirements:
- Windows Server 2008/2012
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- HP Desktop and Laptop Hardware
- Corporate Wifi Solutions
- Printers Ink and thermal transfer
- Basic Network
- Knowledge of Android systems
- Office 365 (Exchange, Excel ,Outlook)
Nice to have experience in similar position, good knowledge of English in speech and writing and understanding the principles of information systems.
