WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Basic knowledge about computer hardware and commonly used software, network equipment, protocols and diagnostic tools
- Basic knowledge about Windows Server administration
- Basic Linux system administration skills
- Working spoken and written English
- Good communication skills

- Problem-solving skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN MOBICA:
- Supporting users on the 1st line of helpdesk
- Installing and configuring laptops, printers, VoIP phones and network equipment
- Diagnosing and solving hardware, software and network connectivity faults
- Maintaining access control and burglar alarm systems
- Preparing access cards
