Your new company
A Swiss based luxury, jewellery, consumer brand, which is establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, is currently looking for Junior Workday Analyst.

Your new role
Holding the position of Junior Workday Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing the data and information in Workday, including checking data security reports, executing defined information audits, data consistency checks in accordance with internal policies and guidelines. You will also provide assistance to local staff on issues which affect data and information ownership within the organization. The role contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and tools regarding data quality and ultimately the global data quality itself.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should you should be a service-oriented person with continuous improvement mindset. You should also be able to communicate, explain and socialize procedures, solution proposals with country key users. Apart from that, the Candidate should possess highly-developed multitasking, organizational and analytical skills and should enjoy working with IT-systems. Fluent English is a must.
