Job Description:
- Accountablility for the execution of the Knowledge Management process for one major account.
- Managing a team of Knowledge Coordinators delivering the Knowledge Management process to a number of accounts.
- Accountability for the execution of the Knowledge Management process to a number of accounts.
- Execution of Knowledge Management process tasks in adherence with global and local requirements.
- Coordination and management of Knowledge Management process activities across the global factory and with external suppliers to agreed global and local SLAs.
- Escalation of risks and issues to the Knowledge Management Regional/GBU Process Owner.
- Supporting Knowledge Management reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs).
- Assisting the Knowledge Management Global and Regional/GBU Process Owners in driving Service management best-practice and ITIL process standardization.
- Establishment and consistent application of processes through the correct integration of the tools, resources, platforms, applications and databases.
- Focusing on business requirements and business risk management and compliancy.
- Executing and management of specific escalation activities in the Knowledge Management process and providing regular feedback to the global process owner and line management.
- Ensuring the implementation of Atos policies and standards improving process execution efficiency.
- Maintaining and improve process effectiveness (quality), process efficiency (cost), process performance (throughput) and process vulnerability (security).
- Initiating follow-up actions to correct any problems or inefficiencies arising during the Knowledge Management process and highlights any issues or ideas of improvement to the Knowledge Management Process Owner.
- Ensuring that Knowledge Management KPIs are reported and their targets met.
- Ensuring all reporting and data is delivered in a timely manner.
- Working with the Service Delivery Manager (or Transition Manager) to ensure coordination and communication with the customer about knowledge.
- Ensuring, in conjunction with at least the Incident Manager, Request Fulfillment Manager, Problem Manager and Release and Deployment Manager, the quality and usage of the knowledge base.
- Conducting a periodic analysis of knowledge use to improve the efficiency.
- Ensuring with all Knowledge Owners such as Meta-Data Champions, Account Service Team and teams updating knowledge such as SMTS-D, SMTS-I and SMTS-O that correct procedures are followed for creation, updating, reviewing, authorizing, communicating and distributing of knowledge.
Job Requirements:
