On behalf of our Client, the world’s leading provider of talent management solutions, we are currently looking for the candidates who will hold the position of Lead Sourcer with German.
Working on this position you will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles and creating the most effective sourcing strategy for each role, managing clients’ expectations via direct contact with Hiring Managers or Recruiters and deploying effective delivery and attractions strategies, using all sourcing channels effectively and managing multiple campaigns. Moreover, the ideal candidate will interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting as well as produce timely reports on recruitment activities.
Lead Sourcer should have a significant experience in the identification, attraction and engagement of difficult to find technical candidates ideally on the international markets. We are looking for the candidates with excellent communication skills and good phone manner. Fluent English and German is a must.
