Lead Specialist - Sourcing with French

Responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates using innovative tools and methods
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the searched profiles and create the most effective sourcing strategy for each role
- Interviewing candidates on the phone to determine their suitability for the role
- Manage clients" expectations via direct contact with Hiring Managers or Recruiters
- Engage with senior recruiters or managers to discuss candidates profiles;
- Update the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects recruitment process
- Develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of world class research tools (e.g. Xing or Linked-In)
- Produce timely and accurate reports on recruitment activities
Requirements:
- Experience in active direct search
- Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
- You should be fluent in English and Norwegian/Danish/Swedish
- Experience in the identification, attraction and engagement of difficult to find candidates ideally on the international markets
