On behalf of our Client, a global Business Service Centre established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for Leader Service Desk.
Holding the position of Leader Service Desk you will be responsible for the operations and analysis of the service desk performance in BSC Poland. You will manage the Global Service Desk day-to-day operations in BSC, and report trends and suggest area for improvement for the Global Service Desk manager. On the daily basis you will be responsible for logging incidents and service requests, analyzing, prioritizing and categorizing them, attempting to resolve and, if not capable to resolve, to further assigning incidents to assignment groups and on-site technicians. You will lead the SD team in BSC, support the it and continuously evaluate, review and improve team’s performance.
To be successful in this role you will have a University degree in IT or related, 5+ years in technology environment and 2-3 years in a similar position (solid supervisory and team lead experience). You will have experience with Service Desk toolsets and understanding of Change Management tools. Apart of broad IT skills you will have good knowledge of core ITIL processes (formal certification preferred) and CMDB. Fluency in English is required.
