Lean / Process Engineer

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent Qualified
- Green Belt (Lean / Six Sigma)
- Practical knowledge of Value Stream Mapping process
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Technical Qualification
- Communication Skills
- Mathematical and Reasoning skills
- English speaking
- Knowledge about wood machining and wood painting processes – nice to have
Responsibilities:
- Develop standard work standards and line balancing for productivity
- Facilitate install of new equipment
- Development and Writing of Standard Operating Procedures
- Validate new products in concern with Quality, Manufacturing and Purchasing
- Identify, track and execute manufacturing cost savings for process improvement
- Optimise machining processes to reach product quality, efficiency and process repeatability
- Optimise work flow and cell designs for manufacturing throughput
- Execute Lean manufacturing techniques and design
- Plan, execute and manage projects to completion through product continuous improvement
- Process optimization for cost savings, scrap reduction, setup time reduction
