- Being a partner for HR members (mainly: HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Employees’ Administration) and supporting them with Labor Code expertise and recommendations
- Collaborating with an external Legal Advisory on major projects and their internal implementation
- Advising changes for HR processes optimization
- Supporting in legal issues related with employees
- Preparing documents related with disciplinary actions like: disciplinary penalties, terminations, etc.
- Participating in updates and preparation of internal regulations (like Remuneration Policy, Work Policy, etc.)
- Support in writing official inquiries to Public Institutions related with interpretation of regulations
- Legal support during external audits and inspections
- Legal higher education with a strong Labor Code knowledge
- Min. 2 years of practical experience in legal, with a special focus on Labor Code
- English practical knowledge, enabling for an easy-going communication
- Experience in mediation with a confident and measured approach to conflict resolution
- Team work and ability to collaborate with different groups of interest within a team and with business managers
- Good work organization and ability to work under pressure.
