Currently, PwC in cooperation with Hays Poland, for a new team in Financial Services Centre of Excellence is looking for experienced candidates for the following role, based in Gdańsk:

Management Information Analyst

Role:
• Work on client projects delivered in Poland and abroad
• Prepare and maintain tools supporting project progress reporting including KPIs management
• Gather, analyse and compile data into clear reports for management
• Proactively seek for processes improvements and propose new solutions
• Keep up with developments in the financial services sector and regulatory area (AML and/or FATCA)
• Provide guidance in your area of expertise to clients and colleagues.

Candidate's profile:
• Fluent English, second foreign language would be an asset
• Experience in variety of MI production
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, VBA will be an asset)
• Experience in MS SQL and/or MS SharePoint will be an asset
• Experience in financial services in one of the following areas would be an asset:
- AML (KYC/Transaction Monitoring)
- Compliance
- FATCA implementation
- Project Management / PMO
• Comfortable with working under pressure and tight deadlines
• Analytical thinking and strong ability to successfully resolve complex problems and issues
• Enthusiastic and passionate about work, good team-player
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and be involved in international projects also on long term assignments
