For our client, world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses, we are looking for
Manager Internet Centre of Excellence in Gdynia.

You will be responsible for leading Internet Centre of Excellence team maintaining Internet services supporting the Financial and Risk business. Monitoring Internet connectivity and responding to incidents relating to global connectivity. Owning business processes relating to the Internet centre of excellence. Monitoring capability for security threat detection (DDoS and others). You will be managing relationship with external suppliers and closely cooperating with other technical teams in organization.

The perfect candidate for this position should have wide experience of improving service levels and the customer experience in a complex Internet support environment. High level technical knowledge of the Internet (performance characteristics, resilience models, commercial structures, service offerings from providers). Experience in Internet performance monitoring and excellent knowledge of Internet protocols (BGP, DNS, TCP, HTTP, UDP and ICMP). Deep knowledge of Internet security threats. Strong communication skills and experience in technical team management. Fluent English is a must.
