For our client, the world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals, we are looking for a Candidate who is interested in professional development as Markets & Applications Specialist (German).

Your new role
The successful candidate will offer expert advice and help to clients via phone and e-mail, relating to the use of financial content applications and manage resolution processes. You will ensure that customers are always kept up to date about the status of their query by providing effective and accurate follow up (you will manage the customer relationship through the Siebel CRM). To perform effectively you will need to continuously enhance personal and business competencies, such as product and market knowledge and build an extensive network throughout the company to facilitate quick and efficient resolution.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have professional experience in either the Financial Markets or in a Customer Service role as well as education in Economics, Business or Finance. You will have excellent service skills including active listening, logical approach to problem solving and analytical thinking, and Financial Markets knowledge or aptitude for quick learning. Moreover, you will have good knowledge of Windows applications, including Excel and Word as well as general computer fluency. Excellent German and English language skills are essential.
