Your role
As a Master Data Coordinator, you will combine your analytical capability, administrative skills together with your ability to understand and navigate in information systems with master data. You will act within the applicable legislation, regulations and policies set by the company
Your responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Manage the Master Data scope on larger projects (SAP integrations, Digital projects, etc.)
- Specific focus on designing innovative and efficient solutions together with impacted business and Information Management (IM) departments
Data Governance:
- Responsible for document policies & procedures, data models, data standards, etc.
- Maintaining (senior) stakeholder management as and when needed Project Leads, BPOs, etc.
- Feedback on status of delivery of planned activities to Leadership
- Support the business with data governance queries on how to translate a business scenario/issue into a master data setup
- Ensure that everyone adheres to the agreed rules
Application Management:
- Gain expertise in Master Data applications/tools (mainly MS Excel/Access, MDG, SAP S4HANA, SAC, BI) in order to support changes, solve incidents and present results
- Create, implement and maintain master data management solutions that enable business users to optimize system capabilities
- Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the processes and standards for master data domains
Data Quality:
- Align on data quality checks with business stakeholders and translate these into system-technical requirements
- Drive data quality issues to resolution via data stewards in the business functions
- Presenting DQ/Cleansing related content / analysis to wider senior Audience
- Monitoring DQ Dashboards
If you have
- Master Degree in Economics/Business or a Science related field
- Experienced user of SAP (MD Domains)
- 5 years of relevant work experience in Master Data and SAP environment
- High concern for quality, accuracy and data
- Experience in preparation and maintenance of SOP, WI, Repositories
- Continuous process improvement attitude
- Experience in Project Management
- Very good analytical, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English both written and spoken
