Your new company
Master Data IT Helpdesk needed for a Swiss based luxury company in its Tricity subsidiary.
Your new role
Holding the position of Master Data IT Helpdesk you will be expected to create and manage user accounts, email boxes, shared drives and distribution lists; record, analyse and categorise service calls; provide first line support to end-user with common issues; be the first point of contact for vendors information queries; assign incidents and/or problems further either to technical operations or on-site personnel.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 1 year experience at Master Data IT Helpdesk department. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records is essential. What is more, the person on this position would need proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must, German would be an asset.
