Młodszy Konsultant / Konsultant
Poszukujemy osób do samodzielnego prowadzenia projektów rekrutacyjnych. Oznacza to, że powinnaś/powinieneś zrozumieć oczekiwania Klientów, wykorzystać właściwe kanały dotarcia do osób o poszukiwanych kwalifikacjach i kompetencjach oraz uzasadniać podjęte decyzje w trakcie selekcji Kandydatów. Aby osiągać założone cele i mieć satysfakcję z wykonywanej pracy musisz być osobą otwartą, wytrwałą, zainteresowaną tym co się dzieje na rynku pracy. Kluczowa jest także chęć i umiejętność budowania relacji z Klientami i Kandydatami. Ze względu na charakter kontaktów z klientami konieczna jest znajomość języka angielskiego, a każdy dodatkowy język jest twoim atutem.
Konsultant jest odpowiedzialny za całościowe prowadzenie rekrutacji dla Klientów w oparciu o najwyższe standardy jakościowe i etyczne: zdefiniowanie wraz z Klientem zakresu poszukiwań, identyfikację odpowiednich kandydatów, przeprowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych i wskazanie najlepszych kandydatur pod kątem realizowanego projektu, przedstawienie ofert i wsparcie w negocjacjach pomiędzy stronami, a także utrzymywanie kontaktu z Kandydatem i Klientem w późniejszym okresie. Konsultant uczestniczy także w konferencjach i spotkaniach branżowych, jest aktywnym networkerem i poszerza w ten sposób swoją wiedzę i kompetencje. Konsultant jest również odpowiedzialny za przestrzeganie procedur mających na celu zapewnienie komfortu i poczucia bezpieczeństwa osobom, z którymi współpracuje. Rola Konsultanta wykracza poza działania bezpośrednio rekrutacyjne: jako ekspert w swojej dziedzinie doradza zarówno Klientom, jak i Kandydatom.
