.NET/WPF Development Team Lead

Responsibilites
- Develop and maintain functionalities within .NET/WPF project
- Drive the Agile process for entire team (also client on-site part)
- Ensure that the tasks are delivered on time with proper quality and with care about the performance
- Together with the team manager ensure that two parts of the same team working remotely are cooperating closely and can rely on each other
- Make sure that acceptance criteria delivered by BA are clear so that the team can provide good task estimations
- Create sense of a team spirit and ensure a high morale
- Have “a finger on the pulse” in terms of morale of team and report concerns to manager in Copenhagen
- Act as a technical sparring partner for the team members
Requirements
- Strong coding skills, ability to suggest best technical solutions
- Excellent .NET knowledge
- At least 2 years of commercial experience with WPF/XAML using MVVM
- OOP practitioner
- Ability to design SOA architecture would be a big asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep knowledge about Agile ways of leading the project with ability to adapt and find optimal solutions for the project team
- Ability to act as a proxy for the developers in an environment with often changing requirements

The team is developing a tool that provides a comprehensive analysis capabilities to both sales managers and the biggest corporate clients. It allows to combine reporting based on already possessed instruments with advanced what-if scenarios (currently this functionality is extensively broadened). The main purpose of using it is to formulate effective hedging strategies against various risk (mainly FX Risk) in a changing market. Also it's an advance reporting tool with capabilities to export to several different formats.
